Refund & Cancellation Policy
Introduction
At AcreatixGrid, we aim to provide professional services according to the agreed scope and requirements. Because many of our services involve customized work, project time, resources, and third-party services, refund and cancellation eligibility may vary depending on the service and project stage.
Service Cancellation
A cancellation request should be submitted to AcreatixGrid as soon as possible through the available communication channels.
Cancellation requests made before significant work has started may be considered based on the applicable service terms.
Once work has started, refund eligibility may be reduced or unavailable depending on the amount of work already completed.
Customized Services
Services involving customized design, development, content creation, branding, marketing setup, consultation, or other work specifically prepared for a client may be non-refundable once work has commenced.
This is because resources and working time may already have been allocated to the project.
Website Development Services
For website development projects, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the project stage, work completed, resources used, domain or hosting costs, third-party purchases, and other project-specific expenses.
Completed work, customized development, third-party costs, and other non-recoverable expenses may not be refundable.
Ecommerce Services
Ecommerce projects may involve additional setup, integrations, product uploads, payment gateway configuration, plugins, hosting, and other third-party components.
Refund eligibility for such projects will depend on the stage of work and costs already incurred.
Social Media Marketing Services
Social Media Marketing services are generally provided on a recurring or monthly basis according to the selected plan.
Once a monthly service period has started or scheduled work has been performed, the applicable period may not be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation for future billing periods should be requested before the next service period begins, subject to the applicable service terms.
Design and Creative Services
Graphics Designing, Branding & Designing, Photography & Videography, and other creative services involve customized work.
Once design or production work has started, payments may be non-refundable depending on the project stage and agreed terms.
Third-Party Costs
Payments made toward third-party services such as domains, hosting, software, plugins, subscriptions, advertising platforms, payment services, or other external providers may be non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, the applicable refund will normally be processed through the appropriate payment method or channel, subject to processing requirements.
The time required for the refund to appear may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
Non-Refundable Situations
A refund may not be available where work has already been completed, customized work has been delivered, third-party costs have been incurred, the client has failed to provide required information for an extended period, or the service terms specifically state that the payment is non-refundable.
Service Termination
AcreatixGrid may suspend or terminate a service where there is non-payment, misuse of the service, violation of applicable terms, fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that reasonably require termination.
Policy Changes
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy when necessary. The latest version published on this page will apply to future services and transactions unless otherwise agreed.
